1. Using Mogul

You may use Mogul only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your use of the service and for activity that occurs through your account.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to Mogul. By uploading or publishing content, you grant Mogul a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, and provide the service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload and share your content and that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Mogul may provide subscriptions, comments, messaging, discovery, feeds, creator tools, public profiles, location-based discovery, and other community features. You are responsible for how you use these features and for the information you choose to make public.

Mogul respects intellectual property rights. We may remove or restrict access to content when we reasonably believe it infringes another party's rights or when required by law. Repeat or serious infringement may result in account restrictions or termination.

7. Moderation and enforcement

Mogul may review, restrict, remove, or disable access to content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, address security concerns, or maintain the integrity of the service.

Mogul may use or link to third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. Mogul is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

9. Changes to the service

Mogul may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

You may stop using Mogul at any time. Mogul may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for violations of these Terms, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, protection of users, or discontinuation of the service.

Mogul is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Mogul does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mogul and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Mogul's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise.
