Depending on how you use Mogul, we may collect:

• Account information, such as username, display name, email address, profile image, profile details, and account settings.
• Content and activity, such as videos, images, descriptions, comments, messages, subscriptions, likes, follows, watch activity, feeds, searches, and other actions on Mogul.
• Technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, referring pages, session data, and security logs.
• Location information you choose to provide, including city-level information used by location or discovery features. Mogul does not require you to publicly disclose an exact street address.
• Communications you send to Mogul for support, safety, legal, or account-related purposes.

2. Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, Mogul may receive basic account information authorized by you, such as your name, email address, profile image, and a unique Google account identifier. Mogul uses this information to create, identify, or connect your Mogul account.

Mogul does not receive your Google password.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and improve Mogul;
• create and manage user and creator accounts;
• personalize feeds, recommendations, discovery, and creator experiences;
• enable uploads, subscriptions, messaging, comments, and community features;

You may update certain profile and account information through Mogul. You may also request assistance with access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate security, legal, and recordkeeping requirements.

Mogul uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Mogul is not intended for children under 13. If Mogul learns that personal information was collected from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, Mogul may take steps to delete it.

11. Third-party services

Mogul may link to or interact with third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to this policy

Mogul may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised policy is published.
